Judy Ferguson

Judy Ferguson, 68, of the Sugartree Ridge Community, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014 at Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro.
She was born Dec. 30, 1945 in Cincinnati, daughter of the late Louis Edward Yochum and Helen Margene Gray Yochum.
On Sept. 19, 1965 in Mowrystown, she married Waldo Ferguson, who survives.
Judy was a member of Hillsboro First United Methodist Church since 1987, where she was involved with two women's circles and served on numerous committees. She was also involved with Leadership Highland and the Festival of Bells Committee for several years. Judy worked for several years in the banking industry in numerous states, and she retired in 2010 from Liberty Savings Bank in Hillsboro.
In addition to her husband other surviving family members are daughter, Christina (Scott) Doelling of Hilliard; two sons, Steve (Julie) Ferguson of Cincinnati and Todd (Susan) Ferguson of Lakeside Park, Ky.; six grandchildren, Molly Ferguson, Ryan Ferguson, Lainey Doelling, Cameron Doelling, Teddy Ferguson, and Benjamin Ferguson; three sisters, Jane (Darrell) Tissot of Hillsboro, Joyce (Glen) Hess of Buford and Jill (Dennis) Schelling of Hillsboro; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Mia Doelling.
Services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Saturday, Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Derek Russell officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery.
Friends will be received at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, Friday, Dec. 12 4-7 p.m.
