Joyce Young, 72, of Hillsboro, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022 at her home.
She was born May 16, 1949, in Tina, Ky., the daughter of the late William and Mary (Combs) Robinson.
She is survived by her twin sister, Loyce (Delen) Walters of Hillsboro; two stepsons, Robert Young of Texas and Gary Young of Enon; and three grandchildren, Robert, Ryan and Jennifer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Young; and six siblings, Ida Mae Bennett, Allie Hughes, Goldie Hauser, Pearlie Spurlock, David Robinson and Opal Kaufman.
A funeral service will be held Monday, Feb. 21, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Pastor Rick Osborne will officiate. Burial will follow in the Barnes Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from noon until the time of the service at 1 p.m.
