Joshua Andrew Creech, 27, of Wilmington, formerly of Hillsboro, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on early Friday, March 22, 2019 at home.
He was born June 30, 1991 in Wilmington, the son of Joe (Kelly) Creech of Blanchester and Lesley (Aaron Bennett) Curtis, of Wilmington.
Joshua was a 2009 Hillsboro High School graduate, where he participated in multiple sports teams. He had worked as a landscaper.
In addition to his mother and father, other surviving family members are maternal grandmother, Donna (Steve) Hadley of Hillsboro; maternal grandfather, Melvin (Peggy) Curtis of Monroe; brothers, Austin and Alex Bennett of Wilmington; a sister, Abbigayle Bennett of Blanchester; stepbrothers, Avery Bennett of Wilmington, Ayden Bennett, of Goshen and Derek Ritchie of Blanchester; and his stepsister, Kristi Ritchie of Austin, Texas.
Josh was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Audrey and Fred Creech.
Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. Monday, April 1 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street, Wilmington. At 7 p.m., there will be a time for sharing memories and stories of Joshua.
