John Puckett, 77, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2020.

He was the beloved son of the late John and Leatha Puckett.

He was the father of John Ryan Puckett and Suzanne Puckett Wilson; beloved grandfather of Sadie and John Ryan Wilson; great-grandfather of Penelope and Marceline; beloved brother of the late Elmer Ray Puckett; and beloved uncle of six.

Visitation will be held at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Ohio 45216 on Saturday, Jan. 18 from noon until time of funeral service at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
