Jim Williams, 64, of Sardinia, passed away Monday, May 25, 2020 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
He was born Feb. 23, 1956 in Brown County, the son of the late Howard James Williams Sr. and Readith Sutton Williams.
Jim had worked for American Tool in Wilmington and Princeton City Schools. He loved antique cars, tractors and his dogs. Jim was known for his great sense of humor.
On July 2, 1995 he married the love of his life, Bonnie, who passed away July 16, 2019.
Surviving are his son, Kevin (Bobbie) Reno of Hillsboro; two daughters, Shelley (Tiny) Wogan and Angela Nace, both of Wilmington; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; his brother, Donald Williams of Cincinnati; and five sisters, Lozella Wilson of New Market, Emma Hilderbran of Hillsboro, Irma Williams of Chillicothe, Leola Woods of Buford, Ga. and Barbara De La Garza of Tuscon, Ariz.
In addition to his parents and wife, Jim was preceded in death by his grandson, Janson Nace; brother, Roger Williams; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 E. Main St., Hillsboro, Friday, May 29, 2020 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dow Tippett officiating. Interment will follow in the New Vienna Cemetery, New Vienna, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 10-11 a.m. We will practice social distancing and limit the number of people inside the funeral home.
