Jerrilyn Thompson, 77, of Hillsboro, passed away Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 at Highland District Hospital.
She was born Aug. 10, 1944, in Highland County, the daughter of the late Vernon and Reba (Chaney) Harris.
She was a member of the Hillsboro Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Vernon (Joy) Harris of Grove City; two grandchildren, Jordan and Jessica; two nieces, Tammy (Tom) Rhodes and Tonya Lyons, both of Hillsboro; one nephew, Tim (Rita) Lyons of Hillsboro; and great-nieces and nephews, Tyler (Kristy) Rhodes, Trista Rhodes, Nathan, Amanda and Brandon Lyons, all of Hillsboro.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Thompson; and two sisters, Jeannine Harris and Janet Lyons.
A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22 at Dunn’s Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Richard Burns will officiate.
