Jeffrey Eugene Palmer, 67, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024 at Adena Fayette Medical Center in Washington C.H.

He was born Nov. 21, 1956 in Greenfield, the son of Russell and Maxine (Young) Palmer.

He was a member of the F.O.E. #1325, VFW Post 4736 and the American Legion Post 14 in Bainbridge.

He retired from Flairdaniel Construction.

He is survived by his daughter, Christy Palmer (Chase Dennis) of Greenfield; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two nephews, Shawn Walker of Greenfield and Brad Palmer of Wilmington; one niece, Erin Olaker of Greenfield; and three special friends, Mike Erskine, Rex Erskine and Gary Wolfe.

He was preceded in death by one grandson, Krillen Dennis; two brothers, Butch Walker and Terry Palmer; and both parents.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. at the Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield with Chaplain Cameron Caseman officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
