James Mike “Fuzz” Bowles, 63, of Greenfield died Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Adena Greenfield Medical Center.
He was born Feb. 14, 1955, the son of the late Gland Edward and Doris Chloe Brown Bowles.
Fuzz loved watching drag racing, but his true passion in life was spending time with all of his family. He was full of love and wanted to help others in any way possible. He filled a big role in many people’s lives. He was also a member of the Sabina Church of Christ.
Fuzz is survived by the love of his life, Ronda Bowles; daughters, Ashley (Kasey) McCloskey and Lindsey Bowles; grandchildren, MacKenna, Kaden, MacKhia, Kailyn and Kalli; sisters, Sarah White, Shirley (Ron) Leasure, Patricia Free, Bev Howard, Sue Lindsay and Carol (David) Bivens; brothers, Donald and Robert Bowles; sisters-in-law, Mary and Sally Bowles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Waneta Pooler; brothers, Thomas and William Bowles; nephew, Rob Bowles; great nephew, Alex Storer; and brothers-in-law, Charlie Pooler, Frank White, Mike Free and Bob Howard.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Rainsboro Church of Christ with Don Thomas, Troy Villars and Jeff Satterfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Rhoads Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
