I. Allen Wright, 64, of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021 at home, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born Feb. 2, 1957 in Baltimore, Md., the son of the late Delbert Allen & Elinora Francis (Whitt) Wright.
A U.S. Army veteran, Allen was a saved Christian.
Surviving are his three sons, Tommy of Clifton Forge, Va., Richard of York, Pa. and Ernie of Pax, W.Va.; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Jewell Ball of Hillsboro; brother, Danny Wright of Lowmore, Va.; and he was the best uncle to many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Allen was preceded in death by his siblings, Dale, Ginny, Corine, Debra, Ernest and Bert Wright.
Private services will be held at the family's convenience in Virginia. Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
