Helen M. Rudduck, 94, of Sabina, passed away Saturday afternoon, April 8, 2017 at the Autumn Years Nursing Center in Sabina.
She was born Oct. 9, 1922 in Clarksville, the daughter of the late Howard Hormel Smith and Mabel Ellen Jones Smith Ernstburger.
Helen was a member of the Clinton County Sulkyettes and had lived in Clinton County all her life. On March 11, 1939, she married Charles "Bud" Clifford Rudduck, who passed away on Dec. 5, 2003.
She is survived by six children, Patricia Roberts of Churchville, Md., Charles "Buck" Rudduck of Clarksville, Sandy Helterbran of Jamestown, Peggy Ann (Mike) Faul of Jamestown, Franklin "Butch" (Sheila West) Rudduck of Sabina and Linda Hughes of Sabina; 18 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by her two brothers, Harold Lee Smith and Richard Dean Smith; three grandsons, Paul Anthony Summers, Allen Roberts and Mark Roberts; and a son-in-law, Jim Roberts.
Services will be held at noon on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. Wilmington, with Pastor Jeff Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Bowersville.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 6-8 p.m.
