Echo Green, 74, of Wilmington, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born Aug. 29, 1948 in Xenia, the daughter of the late Lester and Mary Smith Mowen.
She attended the Nazarene church and was a hard worker and a very generous person. She enjoyed playing cards with her daughter and granddaughter.
Surviving are her daughter, Corbetta Green; three grandchildren, Jaime Green, Brandon Marksberry and Margaret Shumaker; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Echo was preceded in death by her husband, Hank Green; daughter, Delma R. Shumaker; stepsister, Betty Kenninger; two brothers, Alvin Mowen and Dick Mowen; and a sister, Ruthann Gersbach.
Services will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Clinton County Memory Gardens.
Friends will be received Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from noon-1 p.m. at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington.
