Donald R. Cunningham, 82, died Sept. 22, 2017 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.
He was born June 18, 1935 in Steele, Mo., the son of the late Ernest Earl Cunningham and Mary Ann Shelton Cunningham.
He retired from GTE in 1994.
Surviving are his daughter, Lori Ann Cunningham (Chaz) South, and son, Darren R. (Christina) Cunningham, all of Wilmington; and granddaughter, Felicity Cunningham.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jane Vititoe Cunningham.
Graveside services will be held at Blanchester I.O.O.F. Cemetery Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 at noon with Matt Weaver officiating. The Wilmington American Legion Post #49 Memorial Squad will conduct full military honors.
The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington is serving the family.
