Diane “Sis” Malicoat, 67, of Hillsboro passed away Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020 at Highland District Hospital.
She was born Aug. 29, 1953 in Hillsboro, the daughter of the late Gerald V. and June Miller Griffith.
Diane had been a beautician for over 27 years.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Malicoat, whom she married on Dec. 14, 1995; one brother, Donald M. Griffith of Hillsboro; a sister-in-law, Koni Griffith of Lynchburg; other family members, D.J. (Melissa) Griffith, Jr. of Peebles, Rainee (Brent) Angles of Hillsboro, Angie (Allen) Fetner of Dallas, Texas, Shaunda (Kenny) Godfrey of Fayetteville, Sonia Sharp of Florida, Tony (Tiffaney) Aliff of Mowrystown, Harley Griffith, Katelyn Webb, Jennifer (Jacob) Miller, Tanner Griffith, Lex Angles, Troy (Amanda) Wohler Kirsti (Ryan) Smith, Betsy Griffith, Morgan (Zach) Hall, Megan (Gerald) Johnson, Michael Griffith, Travis, Kay-Lee and Dusty Sharp, Logan and Cole Aliff and special friends, Jeff and Marie Richmond and Bonnie Burke.
She was preceded in death by a brother, David L. Griffith.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no public visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
