He was born Nov. 4, 1977 in Dayton, the son of Wayne Rapp and Miriam (Law) Isaacs.
He was a machinist. His loved ones’ hearts are broken, as he is gone too soon.
He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, stepfather, step-grandfather and friend. His survivors include one sister, Stacy L. Cornett of Vandalia.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ryan E. Cornett.
A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro is serving the family.
