David E. Webb, 47, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully Sunday, Jan. 23, 2022 at his home.
He was born Feb. 12, 1974, in Jacksonville, Fla., the son of Ted Lundsford and Sharon Brooks.
David grew up in Jacksonville, Fla. and attended the Sandalwood High School. He was a truck driver and a department manager at Kroger in Liberty Township; however, his true calling was serving the Lord. He was the Pastor for Living Testimony Street and Outreach Ministry of Hillsboro, a member of the Cross Life Full Gospel Church and a member of the Rocky Mountain High Church. He and his wife, Storm, loved working in the ministries, serving the youth of Highland County.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending as much time as he could with his family. He will be deeply missed.
David is survived by his wife of 10 years, Storm Webb, whom he married June 15, 2012; five children, Justin (Charlee) Branscomb of Hillsboro, Derek (Bridget) Miller of Hillsboro, Nicole Webb of Fairborn, Jacob Webb of Hillsboro and Lucas Webb of Hillsboro; seven grandchildren, Greyson Branscomb, Oaklee Branscomb, Regan Miller, Bryant Dalton, Brantley Miller, Bryce Dalton and Dominic Dalton; his mother, Sharon Brooks of Starke, Fla.; his father, Ted (Yvonne) Lundsford of Young Harris, Ga.; mother-in-law, Lora Hensley; and many friends.
David was preceded in death by a grandson, Levi Jay Branscomb, on July 1, 2019; a brother, Darrel Webb; and his father-in-law, Kenneth Hensley.
Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 28, 2022 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Cross Life Full Gospel Church, 237 S. High Street, Hillsboro. Funeral services will take place at 1 p.m. following visitation Friday, Jan. 28 at the Cross Life Full Gospel Church. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Storm Webb.
