Darlene H. Hill, 69, of Hillsboro, passed away Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023 at Crestwood Nursing Center in Hillsboro.
She was born July 23, 1953 in Georgetown, Ky., the daughter of the late Robert Eugene Hill and Ruby Virginia Hipshire Hill.
Darlene was a member of Northview Baptist Church, Hillsboro; was a graduate of Whiteoak High School class of 1972; and had been a personal caretaker for many years to people in the area.
Surviving are her sister, Eloise “Ellie” (Jerry) Juillerat; brother, Gedston Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her sister, Ruth Helen Smith; and brother, Sevestal Hill.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Feb. 3, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Mowrystown Cemetery, with Pastor Doug Sanders of the Northview Baptist Church in Hillsboro officiating.
The Edgington Funeral Home, Mowrystown, is serving the family.
