Connie Sue Puckett, 68, of Mt. Orab, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022.
She was born to the late Fred and Gladys (nee Ward) Frey on Oct. 10, 1953 in Georgetown.
Connie is survived by her loving children, Michelle (Shawn) Thacker-Gibson of Loveland, Dennis Thacker of Sardinia and Clint Puckett of Hillsboro; her adored grandchildren, Stephanie, Lori, MaryBeth, Emma, Alexander, Thomas, Calvin, Sebastian and Divine; her cherished great-grandchildren, Elena, Audrey, Conway, Westin, Jaxin, River, Juniper and Milo; and her caring sister, Helen Parrish of Williamsburg.
In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her siblings, Richard Frey, Fred Frey Jr., Larry Frey, Jerry Frey, Joann Morris and Cheri Johnson.
Connie was a member of the Hagie Ministry.
A memorial service will be noon Wednesday, June 15 at Megie Funeral Home located at 104 Spice Street, Mt. Orab. Family and friends are welcome beginning at 11 a.m. until the time of service.
Memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude Hospital.
