Clara J. Pollock

Clara J. Pollock, 81, of Bainbridge, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, at her home. 

She was born Aug. 18, 1943, in Chillicothe to the late Raymond and Helen McCoy Lambert.  

Clara was a member of the Bainbridge Church of Christ. She was a retired attendant at the former laundromat in Bainbridge and was a past member of the Paxton Area Life Squad for many years. 

Clara is survived by her daughter, Marjorie Pollock of Bainbridge; one sister, Kathy Lambert of Chillicothe; and several nieces, nephews and friends.

On Oct. 13, 1963, she married James L. Pollock, who died Nov. 21, 2019. Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Connie E. Pollock; a granddaughter, Carol Ann Gragg; a sister, Janet K. Diles; and five brothers, Donnie, Johnny, Malcolm, Clarence and Floyd Lambert.

Graveside services were Jan. 29 in Twin Township Cemetery with Dalton Ewry officiating.

The Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
