Betty Elschlager, 68, of Hillsboro, passed away Sunday morning, Aug. 19, 2018 at Rescare in Hillsboro.
 
She was born July 7, 1950 in Brown County, the daughter of the late Loren and Flossie (Kirk) Elschlager.
 
Betty attended the Highco workshops for several years. She enjoyed listening to music and singing.
 
Surviving are special friends, Delores and Kitty; and many loving friends, housemates and caretakers that brought joy to her life.
 
Services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 East Main Street, Hillsboro, Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2018 at noon with Pastor Kraig Walker officiating. 
 
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 a.m. - noon.
