Arthur S. Scott, 69, of Sardinia, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Clermont Mercy Hospital.
He was born Dec. 23, 1948 in Georgetown, the son of the late Lester and Mary Prine Scott.
He was a member of Sardinia American Legion and was a U.S. Vietnam veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Scott; three children, Michelle (Rob) Ward Fancher, Robbie (Brandy) Ward and Michael Reck; three granddaughters, AAliyah Bennett, Bella Ward and Brylee Fancher; five step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; seven siblings, Lester (Jenny) Scott, Sue (Gene) Inlow, Jenny (Roger) Pealtz, Jo Ann Wright, Gerald (Kay) Scott, Janie (Wendell) Wills and Debbie (Rob) Koehler; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at the Sardinia Church of Christ, Friday, June 8, 2018 at 2 p.m. with Kevin Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow in the Ash Ridge Cemetery with full military honors.
Friends will be received at the Sardinia Church of Christ, Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 6-8 p.m.
