Arthur Edward Wright, 69, of Hillsboro, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016.

He was born in Clinton County on March 9, 1947, the son of the late Issac and Charlotte “Lottie” (Harris) Rickman.

Arthur is survived by his two sisters, Ruth Ann Hudson of New Richmond and Betty Lou Wright of Cincinnati; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded by his sister, Jackie Kincaid.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Hillsboro Cemetery.

Thompson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
