Ann M. Buck

Ann M. Buck, 86, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015 in the National Church Residence-Traditions of Chillicothe.
She was born Sept. 1, 1928 in Greenfield, to the late Marion and Sylvia Jones Binns.
On April 22, 1948 she married James Buck who preceded her in death on October 15, 2002.
Ann is survived by three daughters, Sue (J.D.) Buck of Guys Mills, Pa., Jamie (Jay) Harmount and Jackie Barker all of Greenfield; one son, Jim (Jenelle) Buck of Hillsboro; six grandchildren, Quincey (Heath) Gray, Dawson (Jennifer) Bowles, Jenna (Ryan) Beck, Nastassia Buck, Evan Buck and Noah Buck; four great-grandchildren, Sylvia Gray, Renick Gray, Boston Beck and Lyndon Beck; two step-great-grandchildren, Kristen Robarge and Carter Robarge; and one sister, Byrda Patton of Hillsboro.
She was preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Warren Patton; and one son-in-law, Donn Bowles.
Ann was a graduate of Fairfield Local Schools. She retired as an accounts payable clerk at the Greenfield Area Medical Center and was ombudsman for nursing homes in Greenfield. She was a member of the Greenfield First United Methodist Church.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 7 at the Anderson-Ebright Funeral Home in Greenfield with the Rev. Emory Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Greenfield Cemetery.
Friends may visit with Ann’s family on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
