Ann Linda Fisher, 74, of Wilmington, passed away March 13, 2022 after a long, courageous, hard-fought battle with cancer.
Linda was born Dec. 31, 1947 in Wilmington to the late Paul and Mary Fisher. She was the youngest of five children, with two siblings preceding her in death, Betty O’Dell and Jerry Fisher. Surviving siblings are Richard (Joyce) Fisher and Jessie Wilson, both of Wilmington.
Linda loved her work and made many friends over the years, assisting customers at both Pennington Auto Parts and Automotive Service and Parts. She also made many friends and acquaintances through her favorite job at Royal Z Lanes.
Linda leaves to cherish her memory her only son, Joshua (Kelly) Fisher of Wilmington; three cherished grandchildren, Kylie, Colt and Cooper Fisher; and many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call March 17, 2022, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington. A memorial service will follow. Burial will be at Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.
