Angela Pauline Bowles

Angela Pauline Bowles, 96, of Florence, Ky., formerly of Highland County, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2025. 

She was born Oct. 30, 1928 in Highland County, the daughter of the late Charles B. Cronin and Stella (Minzler) Cronin. 

Angela worked at Cincinnati Bell for many years before retiring. She loved her family, and she will be deeply missed. 

Angela is survived by her son, Craig (Jill) Bowles of San Diego, Calif.; two grandchildren, Angela (Scott) Scheibel and Sophia Bowles; two great-grandchildren, Sarah and Jake Scheibel; twin sister, Ann Geraldine Bowles; and six more siblings. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd A. Bowles. 

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 in the St. Mary Cemetery in Hillsboro. The Turner & Son Funeral Home is serving the family. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.turnerfuneralhomes.cc.
