NCB recognized as top workplace

NCB has been recognized as No. 8 at the 2026 Cincinnati Top Workplaces event. 

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to cultivating a workplace culture grounded in respect, collaboration, and service to our clients and communities. 

Accepting the award for NCB were Brittany Patton and Michelle Ward.
