NCB celebrates with ribbon cutting
The Highland County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for NCB on October 6 to celebrate the renovations of their NCB Commons location. NCB is a privately held, customer-owned cooperative financial institution and is located in Hillsboro at 139 S 619 Harry Sauner Road.
