McClain FFA wins state Agriculture Communications competition

McClain FFA’s Agriculture Communications team recently placed first at the state level.
Team members include Brooke Baldwin, Addison Goddard, Hailey Halterman and Olivia Stegbauer.
The contest starts with an online exam. Then, members listen to a press conference and, later, individually complete practicums.
The individual practicums include making a video or a social media flight, a week-long example that highlights or promotes the topic explained in the press conference.
This first-place finish qualifies the team members to compete in the national-level contest this fall in Indianapolis, Ind.
