GREENFIELD – With an old-fashioned adding machine and cigar box, Joe’s Party Shop & Drive Thru began its adventure as an Ohio Lottery retailer 50 years ago.

The Ohio Lottery salutes Joe’s Party Shop & Drive Thru for its 50 years of service, as the Ohio Lottery celebrates its own 50-year anniversary.
Second-generation owner, Joe "Mike" Moses, has been a licensed Ohio Lottery retailer since 1974, and the family beverage shop has served Greenfield and Highland County residents even longer.
Approximately 68 percent of Ohio Lottery retailers are independently owned and operated.
