Three area banks are continuing their tradition of sponsoring the stage for the 2026 City of Hillsboro Festival of the Bells, which will be held July 2-4 in uptown Hillsboro with the theme “Bells Through the Ages.”
Festival Committee President Tom Zile, along with committee members Taylor Eversole and Jodi Murarescu, recently accepted checks from Diamond Bell Sponsor Merchants National Bank, Platinum Bell Sponsor NCB and Platinum Bell Sponsor First State Bank. All three banks are festival supporters and have sponsored the cost of the entertainment stage for many years.

On Friday, July 3, Blue Steel will perform at 6:30 p.m., with Thunderstruck, an AC/DC cover band, headlining the “Rock the Bell” night at 8 p.m.
Saturday night will kick off with Kyle Norris at 6 p.m., then Sean Poole and Buckin’ Krazy will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. The Fourth of July entertainment slate will wrap up with country music headliner Chris Cagle at 9 p.m.
