Keith Douglas Barker

Keith Douglas Barker, 63, of Glendale, Ariz., formerly of Midland, passed away unexpectedly Sept. 18, 2023 with his cat Easton close to his side. 

He was born Nov. 15, 1959, the son of the late James Joseph Barker and Joyce Ann (Crosley) Barker of Midland. 

Keith enjoyed sharing his love of the west with visiting family members, hosting backyard pool parties and riding his Harley Davidson.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Karen (Cliff) Lawson of Midland; two nephews, Christopher (Amanda) Lawson of Midland and Gregory Lawson of Wilmington; a niece, Marie (Ricardo) Silva of Wilmington; a great-nephew, Eli Lawson; and two great-nieces, Josephine Lawson, and Gracelynn Silva.

Memories of Katarina and “Ya Ya” were held silently in his heart.

A memorial mass will be held Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Holy Name Church in Blanchester with burial to immediately follow. Turner Funeral Home is serving the family.
