John Forrest Birchfield

John Forrest Birchfield, 39, of Bainbridge, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023 at home.
 
He was born May 17, 1984 in Washington C.H., the son of John Mick and Tami Birchfield.
 
He was a 2003 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School and served in the U.S. Army.
 
He is survived by two sons, Johnny Birchfield and Kenny Birchfield, both of Nebraska; one brother, Jason Birchfield of Greenfield; one sister, Tiffany (Irvin) Ausman of Dungannon, Va.; one aunt, Jill (Charlie) Hammond of Leesburg; two cousins, Wendy (Adam) Coonrod of Greenfield and Sherry Birchfield of Waverly; and several nieces and nephews.  
 
He was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles; maternal and paternal grandparents; and both parents.
 
Cremation will take place, and burial of cremains will be at the convenience of the family.
 
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
