Wound care services now available at Adena Greenfield Medical Center

Adena Health System is pleased to announce Family Medicine and Primary Care provider Dr. Tri Le is expanding his role, joining the team of dedicated wound care providers within Adena Greenfield Medical Center’s (AGMC) Wound Care Department.
The addition of Dr. Le to Adena’s Wound Care service offers patients living in or near Highland County greater access to monitoring and treatment of chronic wounds. Wound care is necessary for patients suffering from arterial, diabetic and venous ulcers; pressure sores; and traumatic wounds, including burns. By expanding this service to AGMC, patients have access to a vital service without to time and expense related to traveling for care in Chillicothe or elsewhere.

“The Adena Wound Care team has served patients in the Highland County area for more than a decade,” said Kris Donley, RN, WCC. “With the addition of Dr. Le, we can now offer patients the benefit of a full clinic, offering a level of care that sets Adena apart from many of the surrounding health care options.”
Adena Wound Care physicians and nurses work with health care professionals, including dieticians and diabetic educators, using a multidisciplinary approach to develop appropriate treatment plans for patients with chronic wounds related to diabetes.
Dr. Le earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and completed his family medicine residency at The Ohio State University.
