Wilmington College to host Fall 2026 Regional Employer Breakfast & Forum

Wilmington College will host its Fall 2026 Regional Employer Breakfast & Forum on Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 8 to 10 a.m. in the McCoy Room of the Kelly Center on the WC campus. The event is free and open to employers across the region, with registration required by Sept. 25.

The forum brings area employers together with state and campus leaders for a morning of networking and program updates focused on regional talent needs.

Graham Wood, Administrator of the Division of Career-Technical Education and Workforce Readiness at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, will deliver the featured presentation: an update on revised state-recognized workforce credentials and what the changes mean for employer staffing. The session includes a question-and-answer period, giving employers direct access to the state office overseeing credential policy.

\Dr. Corey Cockerill, president of Wilmington College, will open the program at 8:30 a.m. Eric McLaughlin, associate vice president for Workforce Development, will close the morning with updates on WC’s workforce program portfolio, including offerings developed in response to regional employer demand.

Wilmington College’s Office of Workforce & Continuing Education partners with regional employers to design and deliver practical, industry-driven training that builds stronger supervisors, managers and teams across southwest Ohio.
