Southern Highland Joint Fire District hosts July 21 ground-breaking in Sugar Tree Ridge

The Southern Highland Joint Fire District volunteers and board announce the ground-breaking of their second station at Sugar Tree Ridge.

The district will host a ground-breaking celebration at the site, 2281 S.R. 136 at noon on July 21 to thank the residents of the fire district for there continued support of the department.

The community is invited to celebrate with the volunteer firefighters and EMTs.
