Ohioans can leverage Division of Liquor Control resources to pursue a drier 2024

Ohio Department of Commerce, Press Release

As “Dry January” has come to an end for many Ohioans who abstained from alcohol consumption over the past month, leaders at the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Liquor Control (DOLC) invite individuals to explore how they might incorporate elements of Dry January into their lifestyles over the next 11 months and beyond.

“While we applaud those Ohioans who successfully participated in Dry January, it doesn’t have to be just a monthlong event, rather it can also catalyze a drier lifestyle. We, and Ohio Liquor (OHLQ), hope to keep the conversation going by offering Ohioans easy access to valuable resources and information regarding responsible consumption from experts within the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services as well as other entities,” said Paul Kulwinski, DOLC Director of Licensing and Interim Superintendent.

With February upon us, Ohioans are encouraged to access these Division and OHLQ resources regarding social responsibility any time of year.
