Mowrystown FFA hosts tractor, antique machinery show, farmhand auction

The Mowrystown FFA and FFA Alumni will host a tractor and antique machinery show and farmhand auction on Saturday, June 16 at Whiteoak High School, 44 North High Street, Mowrystown.

All funds received are to send students to the Washington Leadership Conference and assist with the cost of other FFA Activities.

Lunch concessions will be available.

The tractor show begins at noon and there’s no fee to enter.

The farm feast begins at 4 p.m. and consists of pulled pork, baked beans, potatoes, dessert and a drink.

The Farmhand Auction begins at 6 p.m.

Members of the Mowrystown FFA will offer their services for four hours to be used before Jan. 1, 2013. Youth will be teamed together and their services auctioned to the highest bidder. (The FFA is not responsible for accidents.)
