Clermont County Sheriff's Office, Press Release

Javon Raesean Price, 18, of Milford, was indicted recently by a Clermont County grand jury, who returned an indictment for 20 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, all felonies of the second degree.

On Feb. 5, detectives with the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by Clermont County Juvenile Court Probation about a juvenile who came forward with information about a video circulating through social media of juvenile females and an unknown male allegedly engaged in various sexual acts.

Detectives immediately began an investigation and executed search warrants on social media profiles, electronic devices and  several cell phones belonging to a number of juveniles. The search warrants led to the identification of multiple juveniles who were allegedly filmed performing various sexual acts.

Information gathered during the investigation allowed detectives to identify Price as the suspected unknown male performing sexual acts with one of the juveniles.

Detectives uncovered evidence allegedly connecting Price to advertising and selling child pornography on social media platforms. Detectives were able to identify all juvenile victims contained in the videos and are working with other authorities to identify individuals who purchased this material.

An indictment is merely a charge and is not evidence of guilt.
