LaRose announces winner of 'I Voted' sticker contest

Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced Tuesday the winner of the 'I Voted' sticker contest.

The contest attracted over 2,000 entries from sixth to 12th grade students. Secretary LaRose selected the three finalists and more than 15,000 votes were cast for the winner — Emily Legg, a 12th grader from Teays Valley High School in Pickaway County.
"This isn't just about a sticker,” LaRose said. “This is about something much bigger than that. This is about getting young Ohioans excited about voting — this impactful, powerful act."
