Kevin Speach joins PAS Technologies as GM of Phoenix facility

PAS Technologies Inc. has announced the appointment of Kevin Speach as General Manager of the company’s facility in Phoenix, Ariz.

In this role, Speach has full operational and P&L responsibility at PAS Phoenix.

Speach brings a wealth of knowledge to PAS, with more than 15 years of executive level experience as a Regional Director and General Manager of Operations at Flowserve Corporation. He has extensive experience with lean manufacturing, P&L management and strategic planning.

His prior experience includes sales and marketing at Flowserve Corporation and Proto Space Engineering.

“I am delighted to welcome Kevin to the Senior Leadership team,” said Tom Hutton, Chief Executive Officer of PAS Technologies. “We are very excited about all of the growth opportunities that exist in Phoenix. I’m confident Kevin and the Phoenix team will take the business to the next level.”

Speach earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Marketing & Management Information Systems from Clarkson University. His related experience includes project management, mentoring, Six Sigma, Kaizen, sales and marketing strategies, CNC, training & development, financial forecasting, Failure Mode & Effect Analysis.

PAS Technologies is a specialized provider of cost-effective original equipment manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul products, services and solutions for the commercial and military aerospace, industrial gas turbine, and oil and gas markets. PAS is a privately held corporation and operates globally in six locations including Hillsboro, Ohio; Kansas City, Missouri; Phoenix, Arizona; South Windsor, Connecticut; Singapore; and Romania.
