Karen Kretzer joins American Family Insurance

Karen Kretzer of Hillsboro has been appointed a full-time agent for American Family Insurance Group, according to Matt Goins, district sales manager for the company.

Kretzer opened an office at 25 E. Central Ave., Suite 5 in Springboro on July 1. The office is open Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with evening and Saturday hours by appointment.

Ms. Kretzer has been with the company for the past four years and looks forward to meeting and servicing the families of Springboro and surrounding communities with all their insurance needs. Her professional experience includes a management background for many years in the transportation industry.

She is currently working at acquiring a new and more convenient office location and will be announcing details soon.
