"Patrol facilities are not dedicated as monuments," said Colonel Richard S. Fambro, Patrol superintendent. "They are dedicated in gratitude and remembrance to remarkable careers of service."

Retired Colonel Pride served the Ohio State Highway Patrol for nearly 30 years and was named superintendent by Governor John Kasich in 2013.
