Hillsboro police sergeant, dispatcher sworn in Wednesday

Hillsboro Mayor Drew Hastings swore in a dispatcher and a newly promoted sergeant for the Hillsboro Police Department Wednesday at the Hillsboro city building.

Jackie Johnson was sworn in as a new dispatcher for the department.

Adam Day was also sworn in as police sergeant. Day has been with the department since 2014.
