Joseph Crampton, 37, of Lynchburg was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.
Carrie Knisley, 40, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.
Sandra Huber, 76, of Lynchburg was cited for failure to yield.
James Keltz Sr., 71, of Hillsboro was cited for improper backing.
Travis Kirk, 46, of Sinking Spring was cited for driving under suspension
