Hillsboro conducts traffic signal testing April 16

The city of Hillsboro will conduct testing of the conflict monitors on all traffic lights beginning Monday, April 16.

During testing, the lights will be programmed to flash.

When appropriate, please treat a flashing light as a four-way stop.
