Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

March 24
 
A deputy responded to the 1500 block of  US Route 50 after a report of a disorderly male. After investigation, Christopher S. Lunsford, 46, of Lynchburg, was charged with violating a protection order.

A resident of the 8000 block of Berrysville Road reported fraud.

A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Highland Hills Dr. reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Joshua N. Smith, 40, of Hillsboro was charged with domestic violence.

March 25
   
A deputy responded to the 6500 block of Spring Hill Dr., after a report of a disturbance. After investigation, Austin L. Kerns, 30, of Hillsboro, was charged with disorderly conduct.

A deputy responded to the 6600 block of Beechwood Road after a report of vandalism.

A resident of the 4600 block of Reed Road reported a disorderly person. A deputy arrived, all parties were given a warning for disorderly conduct.
