Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the Highland County Sheriff's Office.
                                 
Sept. 29

A resident of the 10000 block of Springer Lane reported a burglary. This incident remains under investigation.

A deputy responded to the 1500 block of U.S. Route 50 after a report of a motor vehicle crash. After investigation, Allyson D. Harrison, 47, of Hillsboro was charged with OVI.

Sept. 30
 
Deputies responded to a residence on N. High St, Mowrystown, after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Jackie F. Hauck, 62, of Mowrystown was charged with domestic violence.

Oct. 1

A resident of the 1900 block of state Route 73 reported vandalism to a vehicle.

Deputies responded to the 7700 block of state Route 73 after a report of a disturbance. After investigation, Brett L. Johnson, 38, of Newark, was charged with aggravated menacing.

Joey R. Fender, 46, of Hillsboro, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs.

Christopher A. Burns, 41, of Hillsboro, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs.

Kevin Steward, 63, of Greenfield, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs.

Francis J. Jordan, 47, of Greenfield, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs.

Tomie L. Showman, 41, of Chillicothe, telecommunications harassment.
