Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the Highland County Sheriff's Office.

April 21 
 
A resident of the 11000 block of Milner Road reported a child was being combative. After investigation, a female juvenile was charged with domestic violence and transported to juvenile detention. 

April 22
 
A resident of the 8700 block of Patton Road advised a neighbor was trespassing on his property and blocking a driveway. After investigation, it was determined to be a civil issue over property lines.

Deputies responded to an address in Paint Twp. along with units from the Ross County Sheriff’s Office. William L. Eads, 49, of Hillsboro was taken into custody and charged with robbery. Eads was transported to the Ross County Jail.

A resident of the 12000 block of Barrett Mill Road reported harassment. This incident remains under investigation.

April 23

A deputy responded to the 100 block of Main St. in Mowrystown after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, it was determined to be a verbal disagreement. Parties agreed to separate, no charges filed.

A resident of the 6800 block of State Route 124 reported a male was trespassing on his property. After investigation, Stanley J. Lamb, 41, of Hillsboro was charged with trespassing and theft.

Cameron H. Tipton, 18, of Hillsboro, speeding.
Jacob E. Cruise, 18, of Hillsboro, speeding.
Timothy L. Sellman, 27, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension.
Tylar C. Griffith, 24, of Hillsboro, speeding.
