Hazardous Weather Outlook issued

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Highland and surrounding counties from 10 p.m. March 31 until 4 a.m. Saturday, April 1 (no foolin'.)

Showers and thunderstorms are expected Friday evening.

A few strong to severe storms are possible, with a primary threat of damaging winds. Isolated tornadoes are possible.

The best chance for strong to severe storms will be between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m.
