Greenfield Village Council holding special meeting Sept. 24

A special meeting of Greenfield Village Council will be held Sept. 24 at 3:30 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, third floor of city hall, 300 Jefferson St., Greenfield.

The meeting has been called to adjourn into executive session, pursuant to R.C. 121.22(G)(1), to consider the employment and compensation of a public employee and to consider the first readings of the following legislation:

• An ordinance creating the part-time position of human resources specialist in the Village of Greenfield and declaring an emergency.

• A resolution accepting the bid of G&J Paving, Inc., authorizing and directing the city manager and finance director to execute a contract with G&J Paving, Inc., and declaring an emergency.

• A resolution accepting the bid of A1 Tree Care, authorizing and directing the city manager and finance director to execute a contract with A1 Tree Care and declaring an emergency.
