Offenses/Incidents
At 1:19 A.M., while on patrol near Save A Lot an officer located a vehicle parked in the parking lot with a female occupant. The female's welfare checked ok.
At 1:55 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 7th Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device and illumination of the rear license plate.
At 4:29 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 5th Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 5:24 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 4th Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 6:12 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for headlights required.
At 6:46 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for no taillights.
At 7:08 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near Lafayette Street. The driver was warned for a defective headlight.
At 7:12 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Save A Lot. The driver was warned for a defective headlight.
At 9:11 A.M., officers attempted a warrant service at a residence in the 1200 block of Greenhills Drive. Whitley Ford, 32, Greenfield was arrested on two separate warrants for failure to appear out of the Highland County Sheriff's Office and the Brown County Sheriff's Office.
At 1:59 P.M., a caller in the 200 block of North 5th Street reported a gray Nissan Moreno had almost struck a pedestrian. The caller advised they followed the vehicle to a residence in the 1000 block of Mirabeau. An officer responded and advised all parties accordingly.
At 5:23 P.M., a caller at Save A Lot requested assistance unlocking their vehicle. An officer gained entry.
At 5:25 P.M., a caller reported a male appearing to be intoxicated, walking East on the S. R. 28 bridge. An officer patrolled the area.
At 5:45 P.M., a caller in the 1300 block of Jefferson Street reported being involved in a non-injury motor vehicle crash. After investigation, Joseph D. Murphy, 19, Washington Court House was cited for no operator's license and failure to yield right of way when turning left.

Whitley Ford, 32, of Greenfield was arrested on two separate warrants for failure to appear out of the Highland County Sheriff's Office and the Brown County Sheriff's Office.

At 5:02 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for an obstructed license plate.
At 5:07 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near North Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 5:20 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 10:27 A.M., an individual reported an open door at a business in the 100 South Washington Street. The building was cleared.
At 10:55 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup at the Flagway 12. Everything checked ok.
At 11:05 A.M., a caller requested a welfare check on a resident in the 900 block of Mirabeau. An officer was unable to make contact with the resident.
At 11:37 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup in the 400 block of Lyndon Avenue. The residents checked ok and advised it was accidental.
At 2:46 P.M., a resident in the 100 block of Janice Street requested the fire department for a heavy odor of gas. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 3:53 P.M., a resident in the 500 block of North 5th Street reported an animal complaint.
At 6:27 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-transfer from a resident in the 300 block of Lyndon requesting EMS and an officer for a male experiencing a medical emergency.
At 11:32 P.M., a resident in the 300 block of North Street reported a noise complaint. The party was advised accordingly.

At 1:01 A.M., an officer conducted security checks of businesses in the 1400 block of Jefferson Street.
At 1:15 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South Washington Street near South Street. The driver was warned for illumination of rear license plate and brake lights.
At 4:40 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 5th Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 4:47 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near South McArthur Way. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 5:07 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Jefferson Street. The driver, Cameron Coleman, 35, Leesburg was cited for driving under suspension and headlights on motor vehicle.
At 6:30 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near Ludlow Avenue. The driver was warned for expired registration and headlights on motor vehicle.
At 11:12 A.M., an officer assisted a deputy with the Highland County Sheriff's Office with a warrant service at a residence in the 600 block of Baltimore Avenue.
At 2:32 P.M., Community Markets reported a theft of merchandise that was caught on security footage. This incident remains under investigation.
At 4:04 P.M., a caller in the 1300 block of Jefferson Street reported an animal complaint.
At 5:56 P.M., a caller reported a theft of a scissor lift from a residence in the 200 block of North Washington Street. This incident remains under investigation.
At 6:14 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Street near North 8th Street. The driver was warned for a stop sign violation.
At 6:48 P.M., a resident in the 200 block of South 7th Street reported receiving threats/harassment.

At 7:28 A.M., Repo Services advised of a vehicle repossession in the 200 block of South Street.
At 7:35 A.M., a caller reported unauthorized use of their vehicle by a known person. Prosecution was declined at the time.
At 8:09 A.M., a caller reported an open door on the Waddell building near Lyndon Avenue. The building was secured.
At 3:38 P.M., a resident in the 500 block of Spring Street reported an animal complaint.
At 8:58 P.M., a caller at Furman's Bar and Grill requested a security check.
At 9:08 P.M., a resident in the 300 block of Mirabeau Street reported a water leak emergency at their residence.

At 5:47 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 5:54 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South 6th Street near Dickey Avenue. The driver was warned for illumination of the rear license plate.

At 4:41 P.M., a caller reported a disturbance underneath the 7th Street bridge. An officer patrolled the area.
At 7:15 P.M., a caller in the area of S. R. 138 and S. R. 753 reported a reckless driver who almost struck oncoming motorists. An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jefferson Street. After investigation, the driver, Lydia Matias, 53, Greenfield was arrested for OVI.

At 12:49 A.M., a caller in the 100 block of South Washington Street reported a disturbance. After investigation, both parties were warned.
At 1:11 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on 7th Street. The driver was warned for headlights.
At 4:40 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 4th Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 6:25 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for failure to maintain lane.
At 10:04 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-transfer reporting a dark blue Volkswagen driving recklessly on S. R. 28 West heading towards the village.
At 11:54 A.M., a caller in the 100 block of Jefferson Street reported suspicious persons appearing to be removing the ATM at the old 5/3 building. An officer responded and did not observe any damage or pry marks.
At 12:41 P.M., C.P.S. reported a juvenile complaint in the 100 block of South Street. This incident remains under investigation.
At 2:11 P.M., a caller in the 400 block of Garman Lane of Bainbridge requested an emergency squad. The Highland County Sheriff's Office was advised.
At 2:16 P.M., a resident in the 200 block of North 8th Street reported multiple vehicles running the stop sign at high rates of speed.
At 2:40 P.M., the Murray Fettro Funeral Home requested assistance with a funeral procession.
At 3:09 P.M., a caller reported downed lines in the 600 block of Jefferson Street near the alley. AES was advised.
At 5:26 P.M., 740 Towing and Recovery advised of a vehicle repossession in the 400 block of South 5th Street.
At 8:06 P.M., a resident in the 600 block of Lyndon Avenue requested a security check for their residence.
